Arte is a leading systems architect and technologist.  He worked with Stockbyte, the global photo library online service before being purchased by Getty Images in the USA for $130 million.

He was also the lead software engineer for several eCommerce shopping online portals including Ryanair, Vodafone (UK), T-Mobile, Flybe and eLearning Portals for Tellium and Lucent Worldwide.

Arefjev also specialises in security encryption, privacy policies, access management, web accessibility technologies, enterprise content publishing systems.

Arte’s main areas of expertise are PHP, HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, CSS and all kinds of graphic design. He also a photographer and a painter. Some of his works can be found in a different places around internet and on this web site.
