Arte is a leading systems architect and technologist. He worked with Stockbyte, the global photo library online service before being purchased by Getty Images in the USA for $130 million.
He was also the lead software engineer for several eCommerce shopping online portals including Ryanair, Vodafone (UK), T-Mobile, Flybe and eLearning Portals for Tellium and Lucent Worldwide.
Arefjev also specialises in security encryption, privacy policies, access management, web accessibility technologies, enterprise content publishing systems.

I just changed the battery on my Tissott Sea-Touch (used CR 2032). The prior battery lasted at least 3-years, but had completely died.
Once I closed the watch up, I could not get the watch to turn on at all. I’m not getting error messages, I just have a blank watch and the hands are both pointing straight up. Is there something I’m missing? Help!

I would check that battery is correctly installed and is of the right specs. Do you have multimeter to test it?
